Well idk what’s going om

So about 5 days ago I had brown discharge. Then for the past 4 days I have been spotting it was light light heavy light. I thought it was my period, but I’m not sure I normally have very heavy periods, but I don’t even have to wear a tampon or a pad i can only see blood when I wipe. Is it my period or could I be pregnant. I don’t wanna get my hopes up because me and my boyfriend have been trying. So I’m wondering if this has ever happened to any of you before, and you turned out to be pregnant or if you think it’s my period. Thanks😘
