This boy REALLY likes me and he kissed me two thursdays ago and we kinda made out for a bit. He is completely obsessed with me and I guess I liked him a little but now I have 0 interest in him what so ever. He’s been out of town but I purposely planned something today so I wouldn’t see him before he left again. I don’t know how to tell him I really don’t like him.

If I were you, i’d tell him. You don’t want to just keep stringing him along even though you don’t like him. It’s not healthy for him or you. He needs to find someone else with the same compassion towards him and you need to find someone you really do love in order to be happy.

That's a tough situation but the best way is to face him head on and tell him you Arn't interested. It's not worth sacrificing ur happiness for someone else. You need to find someone who makes you happy and you make them happy.
