I've been taking Nature Made prenatal with DHA for several months.  I make sure I take them with food on my stomach because they will cause a little nausea if taken on an empty stomach.

Nature made  didn't work for me last pregnancy because they made me nauseous.  I'm using one a day and so far I don't have any problems.  If I start getting sick I might switch to gummies.
