I would say test again. When I got my first positive test it looked negative so I tossed it. The next day I grabbed it out of the trash really just to wallow. And there was a pink line. A very very faint line. I took another one the next day, so faint I could barely see it. Then I the morning after that I got this; 
Test again to be sure.

Every time I tested with an FRER it always stayed negative no matter what even after sitting 3-4 days.

You can't go by the results you get after 10 minutes. But in your case I see a pink line, not gray which is s good thing!  Test again tomorrow and see what you get within the 10 minute timeframe! Good luck!!

I am pregnant with my 3rd child and I have never had a pink line show up when it's negative. 20 minutes, an hour later. I'd say it's positive. :)
