When and how did you go back to work post-loss?

I had my D&C; on Wednesday, took the rest of the week to recover, got in the car Monday morning to go to work, tears in my eyes before I got out of the neighbourhood and now I am literally just sitting here pulled over on the side of the road crying and trying to keep it together a block away from my office.

It’s been over a week since we found out our baby’s heart stopped at 12 weeks and I thought I would be ready, my entire office knows what happened and is nothing but supportive but I can’t bring myself to start my life again.
