Should I Be Worried?

Question

So I live in Manitoba in Canada and I had my complete physical, pap smear, blood and urine work done today. 
I recreationally smoke weed about 1-2 times a week and forgot to stop smoking for the test.
When I left the clinic, I fucking realized they’ll find the traces because the last I smoked was 2 nights ago. 
Will I be reported to the authorities? Medical marijuana is legal in my province but recreational weed has not been legalized yet (still a couple weeks away).
Should I be worried about getting deported? I’m an immigrant on a work visa. 
This wasn’t a drug test btw so idk if that changes anything.

If you were getting a drug test than yes it's a possibility you could get in legal trouble. But, doctors generally do not release your medical information unless they have permission. So if you were taking a drug test for an employer they could release the results to the employer. Its highly unlikely they'll report you to the police. 
But if you were not getting a drug test done (I'm guess you were getting a STI panel?) then they will not find any drugs in your urine because they aren't running a drug test. So you'd be totally fine.
