Job dilemma

Okay, so I currently work as a nanny. I make roughly 450$ a week. I get paid under the table and I love the kids I’m with and the fact that it’s such an easy and relaxing job. I just got offered a position at a daycare for a private school. I would be making the exact same as I make now and I would be able to have taxes taken out (I’ll make the same amount after taxes as I do now). I’m having such a hard time choosing. I’m going back to school online in the fall and I don’t know which job would work better with that.

Pros of being a nanny - easy money, relaxing, get to make own schedule, lots of down time to do school work, one on one with kids, only 10 min drive

Cons of nanny - no taxes (could cause problems with school down the line), no benefits, hours are less structured, kind of gets boring being by myself all day with the kids

Pros of new job- very nice school, structured pay and hours, benefits, small classes, coworkers

Cons of new job - leaving my current nanny babies 😢, only working 10 months a year (id have to find a nanny job over summers), 30 min drive

I’m leaning towards the new job but I’m having a crisis of heart here. My SO says I should try the school and if it doesn’t work out nanny jobs are easy to find. But idk. I am so torn. What would you choose? Any comments or advice would be amazing.
