7-8dpo dizziness...

I have had crazy dizziness today...had to call off work because I can barely stand sometimes...I took a test but I know it's too early...is dizziness a good sign?...I had slight pinchy cramps last night...maybe implanting? no spotting or anything just very creamy CM and tons of it....
