Help with longer variations of Lia & middle names?

I really fell in love with the name Lia when I was little. I am choosing the spelling to be Lia instead of Leah because I have an estranged cousin named Leah & a friend Leah. My name is very different so I like the idea of a simple name with a different spelling.

But, I also have a short last name one syllable, starts with an F, and has four letters. So I was looking for variations of the name Lia so I can nickname her that!

Also, looking for middle names please :)
