My round ligament pain was HORRIBLE.  Sharp shooting pain in vajajay, lower pelvis and especially when I peed, unable to get off toilet pain. So bad I unable to move or breath! Thought I was MCing multiple times. Totally freaked me out :/

For me it has always felt like twinges in my middle and lower abdomen. Some sharp and painful, others not.
