How much longer do I have?

So as of June 29th I was having bloody show, shorterned and soft cervix and dialated to 1cm, having preterm contractions. I got a positive fibronectin test, too. My belly dropped overnight going from July 1st to the 2nd. I was measuring 42 wks at only 33w1d. On July 4th my plug was completely gone my cervix was shorter and softer and was at 1.75cm. At my NSTs (7/6 and 7/9) I was having labor contractions but was sent home. Thursday my back began to hurt something awful and was told to take Tylenol which helped some for a good 3-4 hrs, but the pelvic pressure was slowly getting worse. Today I still have the backaches and pelvic pressure that's only relieved with squatting. I'm 34w3d today 7/11. I'm on bedrest and walking from the vehicle to a dr appt hurts so much that I have to stop walking every 50ft or so to deal with contractions. They have stopped preterm labor twice already. Just wondering how much longer I have.
