Pregnancy tips!

Looking for advice from all the ladies out there who are pregnant or have been pregnant. My husband and I have even TTC #1 for 6 months now (I know, it hasn't been that long) with no luck. I'm not sure what we are doing wrong. Could you please post the things you did to help you get pregnant and stay pregnant?! Thanks a ton!
