Birth control after baby comes

Hey y’all! So I had a question about birth control. I’m due the first of October and we’d like to wait at least a year before we try for another one.

So my questions...is nursing 🤱 a good enough birth control solution?

Has anyone tried the insert cups? (Sorry I don’t know the name 😅) My midwife recommended them after baby comes.

Any other birth control ideas? I don’t want to take birth control. Been there done that. And I don’t like the idea of condoms 🤔
