Confused, too many questions?

I found out I was pregnant. Now they’re telling me that the baby isn’t even alive. I get that this happens a lot💔. But my baby is growing. The amniotic sac was bigger than my last ultrasound. I’m just not understanding. They’re making me do hcg levels to “reject” the baby. But I don’t want to. I’ve never had any bleeding, cramping, off discharge etc. I’ve had all the pregnancy symptoms. Can someone just please give me advice? Help... 💔☹️
