hi ! so I need help figure something out. here at 17 weeks and 4 days. My blood pressure keeps dropping where I've fainted at work a few times ( i work in a nursing home) today it dropped without me even starting work, I over heat and it causes me to faint Ive told my doctor of past times and she said to make sure to stay hydrated...and eat every 2 hours so i always have snacks, and had ma big meal before going into work no questions ask, eating isnt my issue or drinking water.

my boss took my blood pressure, it was low for me, she sent me home and I proceeded to puke and.im just at a lost, I dont know what I am doing wrong...what i can do to make it better ect...any of you.ladirs experience this? or something similar? any recommendations from.anyone?
