Frustrated with myself
I keep trying to stay on diet and exercise but keep falling off😡 I’m so mad at myself. I’ve tried SEVERAL things including gyms, at home Work out equipment (mat, weights, bike), protein powder (several), protein bars, different foods, Fitbit and Apple Watch, several weight loss and food tracking apps, separate instagram and fitgirls program. I think that’s everything.
So I sat down today and thought what keeps stopping me. I’m officially taking drastic measures that hopefully will work (not crazy don’t worry)
I’m going to take before photos, unflattering ones, and have them visible for me to see as a reminder. I’ve gotten too comfortable with myself (but I’m also not it’s confusing) so hopefully this will do it?!?!
