i really need advice. RELATIONSHIP ISSUE

how do i work my relationship issue out? my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years. the issue is that he never texts me bc he doesnt use his phone as much as i do and he always is busy. we hadn't seen each other for 2 weeks and today we saw each other and it was so good. then he told me how he feels bad bc he knows he can't text me as much as i want. especially during this summer since he is going on a bike trip and he wont have his phone. i have been feeling so anxious and nervous. it feels like there is no solution. my relationship feels one sided. please help me with advice. how do i bring it up to him? i really need help.
