Please help

So my vagina has been itching so much. It’s red and irritated. I’ve been having like a lumpy discharge with no odor. And today I had like a sticky clear discharge. It hurts when I touch or wet it to shower. It does not burn when I pee but I do have a burning sensation on the outside. Could it be a yeast infection? Or what could it be. Someone please help. I can’t take the itchy ness.
