Tough Choice

I'm not getting paid what I'm worth. (who is these days, though?) But long story short my employment has become a relatively toxic environment for me.

However, my insurance covers IVF, which is incredibly hard to come by and it is our only way to have kids.

We both have a unique opportunity to become High School teachers. This would barely be a pay cut for me and it would be a pay raise for him. On top of that, we would have built in vacation time around holidays and over the summer, steady and predictable pay, and rewarding work.

I'm having trouble making the decision to make the move because I would lose the IVF coverage.

What would you do?
