Dogs and anxiety
My dog has not left my side recently. He sleeps half on top of me. Coincidentally, my anxiety has gotten so much worse recently. I’m wondering if dogs can sense anxiety? I’ve read some articles that say they can. Any time it gets worse he comes over to lay on me. Does anyone else have any experience with this as well? How does your dog help with your anxiety/depression/stress/etc?? I would love to hear stories.
