How do you count DPO?

Do you count it from the first day of your ovulation? Or do you count it from the last day of ovulation? Sorry if that’s a dumb question. Lol.

You only have one day of ovulation. If you’re following your glow calendar it shows you days leading up to ovulation and a couple days after which makes up your fertile week. The day after ovulation is when you start counting at 1DPO. If you go to the BBT chart, across the top it should have the dates and then your cycle days. The date that has O is your ovulation day and the day after that is 1DPO. 
Make sure you’re also doing something to track ovulation other than just glow like BBT and/or OPKs because glow is just an estimate and may not be accurate for you.

You don’t ovulate for days in a row. Tracking using opks you’ll know when you have a surge and then you ovulate within 12-36 hours. BBT you can tell based on dips and rises. So you should count the day after ovulation. It isn’t a window of days like the app predicts. It just predicts your fertile window which are the days leading up to O day and a day or two after. And the app is just that. Prediction. It could be way off base. Some women ovulate early in their cycle, some in the middle which is more common, some late in their cycle or even not at all some months. It can change month to month.

You only ovulate one day.. you have a fertile week but ovulation is 1 day. I reccomend using opks to know exactly when you ovulate. then 1 dpo begins the day after you ovulated.

I do the last day of ovulation, but I always wonder if that’s what you are supposed to do lol. I really don’t know either.
