My sister noticed the veins on my calf popping out today.. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Edit: I did make an apt to see my dr the end of July, I was just trying to decide if I needed to go to the ER to be seen sooner then my dr was available..

My sister mentioned it looked like my moms led when she had blood clots, but I had shown my dr a similar vein in my thigh years ago & he told me not to worry about it.. I have slight hypochondria tendencies so I’m not sure if I’m over reacting or not, but I can’t get it off my mind & now obsessing over it..
