bassinet??

Question

I am a first time mom and we are having a hard time deciding which bassinet to buy. we want baby to sleep in our room until maybe 6 months. I plan on breastfeeding,  and a crib in our room is not an option. any and all suggestions are welcome, and why you like that specific recommendation. TIA!!

I loved our Halo bassinet. I felt like she was very safe in it and I could see her perfectly though the mesh. It has a fold down side so it made it easier to lift her in and out (I was especially thankful as I ended up with an emergency c section) and the adjustable height was really useful. Also vibration, music etc. Very happy with it.

I highly recommend the Halo. Our daughter slept in it next to our bed for a few months and we LOVED it. It was as if she was in bed with us and we could see her really good through the mesh. I really hate that she can no longer sleep in it, but we love the Halo. It also made our night nursing sessions easier. We have the Luxe Series, but all of their models are great from what we hear and read. The storage caddy on the side, floor light, and other great features are added bonuses. I highly recommend the Halo.

Most true bassinets have a weight limit that babies pass by 3-4 months. We only keep baby in our room till then. So it depends how much room you have and how much money you want to spend
