2 weeks postpartum and can’t wait to get back in the gym

Hi all! I welcomed my second child two weeks ago and wondering how long you all waited to start working out again. I know they recommend waiting until you are cleared by your doctor at 6 weeks but I am not sure I can wait that long. My recovery has been so much easier this time around and I’m feeling really good. I just don’t want to do any damage. If anyone has any suggestions on exercises I can get started with it would be greatly appreciated. What has worked for you? I’m also breastfeeding and mostly eating Oreos lol. I know I have to start eating a healthier diet. Anyone find a healthy diet that works for them. I don’t want to cut any calories as I don’t want to limit my milk production. Thanks in advance!
