How much of a rise in temperature is enough to indicate ovulation?
I just started using a BBT thermometer yesterday morning. Yesterday morning, my temp was 97.39. Today, it was 97.50. I anticipate that I would be ovulating today or in the next couple days, but I’m not sure how remarkable of a spike in temperature actually indicated ovulation.
