I know I'm being paranoid, but I'll feel better to ask. So we have a kitten, has had all of its shots, no fleas, never wandered farther outside than our front door. I've had cats all my life, and my husband is the one who dumped her litter box and I actually made no contact with any of it until pouring litter back in (I held the bag) so I think my chances of toxoplasmosis is really low plus I'm probably immune but I'm being paranoid? Plus I went to bed like five hours ago, woke up and now my throat is super sore (but it feels like strep more than anything) so any advice for the sore throat? And is paranoia common with your first? How many of you have cats?
