Having a cold and TTC!

I came down with a cold just a sore throat and a runny/stuffed up nose I'm taking Mucinex. Is that okay? Will it interfere with my "fertile window"? Or my ovulation? I'm trying to conceive and now since I've came down with a cold I feel like I won't be able to this month.
