A year later^
Currently in the process of reaching my fitness goals:) Some days (like today) I feel like I’m in the same spot. I feel like I haven’t changed much (considering all the work I’ve put in) I always put myself down for not being perfect and it’s tough. But I know I’ve come so far and it takes time. Keep pushing through ladies! Small changes are still changes :)
Btw does anyone have any tips for people with shorter torsos like me, to get rid of lower back and belly fat. I can’t seem to get it off 😫
