Watery CM

I'm still very new to all of this ttc and glow community stuff. I've been reading a lot about tracking CM on here. My doc said not to worry too much about temperature right now.

I have a LOT of clear/watery CM this morning. Not really sticky but pretty slick. I think this is fertile stuff, but I'm so new to all of this that I'm not exactly sure. It's definitely not stretchy like egg white, but I guess my question is, would this be an indicator fromu body?
