How to warm up breast milk?

I’m new to this whole breastfeeding thing cause I just had my baby on the 23rd of this month. So I’m wondering how u warm up breast milk that’s been in the fridge all day? 
Cause I’ve heard u just put the bottle in hot water to warm up the milk but idk if that’s a good way or not. (We have a bottle warmer but haven’t figured it out yet)

Bottle warmer or in a mug of hot water. 
Microwaves heat unevenly and cause hot spots in the milk that could burn baby, I’ve heard it can also breakdown the nutrients in breastmilk.

I literally just ran the bottle under a hot tap for a minute or two. Never microwave Breastmilk.

I use a bottle warmer. The amount of time you warm it depends on the amount of ounces you want to heat. Your warmer should have a scale on it. It’s so convenient to just put the milk in there and it’s ready to go after a few minutes.

Just put it in a bowl with “hot” water from the tap. It takes like 3-5 mins to reach room temp or be warm enough for baby to feed.
