Anyone have luck with taking a probiotic to help prevent recurring yeast infections?

I have a yeast infection that I can’t seem to shake. I’ve tried the vaginal creams and they just come back two weeks later. Anyone have luck with taking a probiotic to help prevent recurring yeast infections?

I’m taking antibiotics right now so am taking a probiotic to try to not get a yeast infection (because I always do when on antibiotics). So far so good!

YES!!!! I had one when I was 8 weeks pregnant. As a nurse I told myself how stupid I was to not  have started a probiotic. I started it and it not only kept me from getting a yeast infection up till now (induction date July 3, but baby is way way down I’m 70% effaced and 2cm dilated, dr thinks I’ll give birth by Thursday lol) anyhow, it also kept me regular (pooping) I’ve had no hemorrhoids and no constipation! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND)

I have known this to help a few people. I used to get yeast infections like it was my job and the BEST thing I've done for that was (I know this may sound strange or whatever to some) I stopped wearing underwear. Unless I had to such as when on my period. I haven't had a yeast infection in over 10 years. My Mom who's been a Nurse for 30 years swears by this too!
