Can you circumcise yourself?

My boyfriend ALWAYS claims that when he was little, he was originally uncircumcised but was one time playing with it (I think he said he was 2-4) and pulled it back to far and the skin just fell off?! 
I’ve never heard of this and couldn’t find anything online. I’m not sure why he would be lying about this, and he genuinely seems to be telling the truth, but is that even possible? 😂

No the foreskin does not fall off because you pulled it to hard. He'd have ended up in the hospital or getting some kind of medical treatment if it had as there'd have been a lot of pain and there'd be blood.

He probably pulled it back once and couldn’t pull it back over and on a separate occasion had it circumcised and is mixing the two memories up and convinced himself they’re related or something 😂

My husband's uncircumcised, so I know a fair bit about foreskin, including what happens when you pull it back too far without lube. There's a frenulum at the bottom of the penis that connects the foreskin to prevent it from going too far back, and when it is pulled too far back, that part can rip. However, to get the foreskin removed, it needs to be cut off, as it's quite a large amount of skin. Tell him to ask his mom, because what he's saying is impossible and incorrect!

But I mean, I guess you could cut the skin off yourself, but that's not what he said and who the fuck would do that.
