How much do you ladies take a day? The ones I got say one a day and that they are 500mg.

I took one of both at night. Also used preseed during my fertile days. After 11 months of trying after my MC last May got pregnant in 2 weeks taking the pills. I'm now 18 weeks. Good luck to you. They are magic pills.

I just started vitex 2 weeks ago. I am already seeing a huge difference. My temps have been crazy irregular and spiked all over my chart for the last 4 cycles but this cycle is now normal temps. Also I have psoriasis that was caused by a hormone imbalance. Every spot where I had it is cleared up now. That's just in 2 weeks! I got mine from GNC, and I take one 400mg in the morning and one at night. I would start small and increase your dose if you need to.

U should really start off slow jus take
One a day. After a week or two up the dosage til you are at the recommended dosage given on your bottle.
