Body temperature

Mercedes • Sun, Jul 12 • We have been trying to conceive for about a year and it has been very hard since i have been on and off the pill to regulate my period so ladies this is my second baby and i would love to get pregnant

So I have had High temperatures for the past 12 days and usually my temperature goes down after I ovulate and this time is high . do I have a chance of being pregnant ? I have been having cramps and I can't stand to lay on my stomach I had similar symptoms with my son.
