Miscarriage?

So I've had brown discharge on/off for the past 2 weeks. Yesterday evening I wiped and there was LOADS of red blood, also soaking my underwear. It carried on this morning however this afternoon it has gone a really dark brown with one or two tiny clots and is slightly less heavier - although still enough to justify using a pad. Can anyone help in telling me dies this sound like a miscarriage? I have no cramps however my usual breast soreness symptom has dimmed slightly 😫 have a scan tomorrow afternoon but not sure if I should prepare myself for the worst!?
