This is so cool! I wish I got atleast a paid 3month maternity :/ in New York there are no paid maternity leaves.  What are the laws in other states ?Why are the companies so stringent ? The first 6 months are so crucial for mother infant bonding .leave aside the added work that the mother has to do . Resuming work after childbirth would be the last thing she wants to go :( I wish our government does a reform on this soon!
