Pregnant or pms

Me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive every day this month up to a few days after ovulation but starting at the very first day of my menstrual period . I had some light cramping yesterday and that would’ve made it six days before my expected. But the cramps have all of a sudden stopped and I don’t know what to think because I tested this morning and it was negative my period is due July 1 can anyone help me amI just experiencing PMS. My boobs are a little sore but not real bad but when I have cramps there a little bit heavier and they last for a couple of days right before I start my. If anyone has any advice or input that would be appreciated
