Early labor??

Okay so on Thursday I’ll be 35 weeks but within these past 3/4 hours my lower back has been in pain and my stomach hurts like I have a stomach ache. I have diarrhea now and my stomach will get hard off and on and while it’s hard it’s hurts like menstrual cramps. Could this be early labor? I’ve tried relaxing, taking a bath, walking around but i just feel really uncomfortable in my lower back and belly!
