I’ve had this purple thing on my leg for months now (inner thigh up high) and it started out red so I was like “ok just an ingrown hair” now it’s purple and indented. I’m going to the dermatologist tomorrow and I’m scared it’s going to be skin cancer or something. I’m 15 years old and I know I might be overreacting but I can’t get the thought out of my head because my family (mainly my grandmother) has had skin cancer and other types before (aunt currently dying of cancer). Im probably overreacting but I just need to let this out.

And just so you guys know this was my last sunburn after putting on makeup to see if I could blend it with my skin to make it not look as bad. I’m Irish and get burned easily so obviously I have a high chance of getting it in the future but I’m scared that will be now.
