Customer Cancelled Her Order On The Last Minute!

I have been baking for two years now and this is the first time that a customer cancelled her order. What got me into baking is when I badly need a fondant chess cake for my fiances birthday but I cannot find someone to do it on a rush for me. So when this customer told me that her order is rush and she needs it for her friends birthday I did not hesitate because I was once in her situation. She messaged me last monday afternoon and then she cancelled it last night before going to be. Whats worse is I gave her all the considerations I have just to tell me that they have already bought a cake so they need to cancel their order. smh
