Does anyone get what could be cysts/pimples on the inside of their legs near your you know what?

I’m a bigger girl and my thighs rub together all the time and the only time I break out badly is if I have intercourse frequently.

It’s very uncomfortable and I have issues with controlling it.

I use summers <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>, acne scrub body wash, all of it and they just don’t seem to go away.
