Lately I’ve been noticing a really bad smell coming from my lady bits.. it’s never smelled like this before and it doesn’t itch that much, it itches once and a while but not like I need to scratch it 24/7. Any ideas on what this is or how to take care of it? Thanks in advance for your help/ support.

Somewhat of an update; I wouldn’t describe it as cottage cheese but I would say it’s somewhat a creamy, lumpy white discharge.. if that makes any sense. Also, what type/brand of cream?
