Tips for relieving engorged breast
Does anyone have any tips for relieving an engorged breast? I have to pump my breast milk because my daughter isn’t able to latch and my left breast is so engorged that it’s 2x the size of my right breast. I’ve tried a hot shower and I’ve sat and pumped for an hour but it’s still hard and sore. Thanks in advance!
