Cramping? Are AF cramps similar to early pregnancy cramping

I've been cramping very mild for longer than normally do before period. Due for AF today or tom.. Wondered if anyone who were pregnant felt like they were getting period and didn't?

They are similar. I mistook implantation cramps for menstrual cramps a few days before I tested positive while pregnant with my daughter.

I was having a lot of pregnancy symptoms 2 weeks before AF was due and they continued through out the 2 weeks but I got my AF :( However, my AF is different only lasted a day and a half and now I'm just spotting so I don't know what to think anymore,  I was sure I was pregnant.

Yes. They are similar. But I didn't get mine until after I knew I was pregnant.
