I had mirena and I had a period the whole time. It was never regular but I had one every month or so. My last period started on June 22nd (before mirena removal). I had mirena removed on June 30th. I had some spotting the day after the but the doctor told me to expect that and that it wasn't a period it was just from removal. we have been ttc this month and I know I ovulated. So I should still be counting June 22nd as my last period right?
