crohns/ibs & pregnant?

Question

Does anyone else have one of these issues while pregnant? I cant tell if the pain I'm feeling is from my crohns or pregnancy. my OB wont see me until tomorrow my gastro wont see me until my OB refers. ugh the pain 😢
how do you deal with the pain? I'm used to taking pain meds but that's of course ruled out. heating pad doesn't help..

I have crohns. Most of the time this goes into remission when you’re pregnant.  I have had no issues at all. You could be having pains from either one there’s no way to know. You are going to have a ton of aches and pain throughout your pregnancy you just find other ways to deal with it. Best pad, warm baths, massage, etc.

you may have to eat very healthy and clean while pregnant.

thanks ladies, I was in remission prior to finding out I was pregnant but the pain I feel feels alot like my crohns pain. I have been trying to eat as healthy as possible too
