Weight loss journey
I feel very proud of the progress I've made over the last few months. Although these pictures are a year apart (left side 210lbs and right side 185lbs) I was so disgusted with myself after having my son. There was so much weight gain and I felt I didn't have time for myself with working full time and being a mom & wife. My husband and I started our diet and working out May 2nd and I have lost 25lbs so far. I am still far from where I want to be but I am feeling confident again! Does anyone have any tips and tricks for weight loss because I am at a plateau! Any help is appreciated! ❤️
