How can I exercise with a knee injury?

Hey guys so I recently (like two-three weeks ago) tore my ACL while skateboarding and I’m in a brace hats flexible and crutches now. It’s summer so I know that if I just sit around it’s easier to gain weight and I don’t want that, I actually want to lose some weight. I am going on a diet, but are there any exercises that I can do with a knee injury? Also I injured my right knee. I would like exercises that help arms and abs and legs if possible
