Ttc..... Again!!😪

Hi! I'm pretty new to this whole blog thing lol!! But I could use some support. My husband and I have been ttc over a yr. now and we really haven't had any luck. We are pretty Sure we have had a miscarriage but when we went to the dr. And explained everything I had been experiencing from symptoms to the bleeding. He told me, nope you didn't have one. Just stress. And that was it. Well I have been pretty upset over the whole deal. But now I'm late (fingers crossed) and I'm experiencing symptoms like the nauseous/vomiting,bloating,headaches,fatigue. But the two that I have experienced is a iron taste in mouth and pain on the left side above groin. Didn't know if I should be worried or if anyone else has experienced this also?????
