Hi guys! I am 6 weeks 2 days I went to my first prenatal appt at exactly 6 weeks but the nurse could only see a sac I was so scared but they told me to come back in 2 weeks. Last night it must be the pickle I ate that made me have diarrhea and today I woke up w no symptoms & no sore boobs what's so ever I am so scared :( I haven't bled or anything at all not even light spotting do yall think I lost my baby but it hasn't came out yet? :(
